Courgette pasta


Courgette pasta and Lemon greens with lime & mint infused water.

Ingredients:
- Raw coconut oil
- Chestnut mushrooms
- broccoli florets
- 1 lemon
- pumpkin seeds
- pine nuts
- Courgette


Direction: Heat your pan with a small amount of coconut oil, add in mushrooms, broccoli and 1 lemon and allow to simmer. The mushrooms will act like sponges soaking in all the flavour. Then using your Spirelli spiral cutter, feed through 1 whole courgette to get your 'spaghetti' then add in with the rest of the ingredients. Leave to simmer for a further 5 minutes, adding ground pepper and your pine nuts and sunflower seeds. 
For your lime and mint infused water simple add fresh lime and mint leaves to a fresh glass of h20.
